Shipping policy

Standard Dispatch Period.

Dispatch Timeframe: Our standard dispatch period is 10-13 Business days. This period excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. This is applicable for both Domestic and International Shipment. 

Seasonal Delays and Unforeseen Events: Due to high volume of orders during seasonal times, festivals, or unforeseen events like political unrest, public curfews, or containment zones, there may be an additional delays. If this happens, our team will notify you by email or phone. This is applicable for both Domestic and International Shipment. 

Communication 

Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping duration 

Domestic Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, it generally takes 2-5 business days for delivery within India.

International Shipping: For international shipments, delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. Please note that these times may vary based on customs processes and other International shipping factors.
